Day 83: How Small Emotional Shifts Lead to Big Life Transformations
This morning I read this from Gregg Braden:
“There’s a time when every crisis can be turned into transformation, when simply surviving can become thriving. That time is the turning point.”
This is what everyone who has ever been standing at The Truth Threshold is wanting.
After the situation has ended and left us in that in-between place, we wait for something to happen that will be the turning point.
We want a lightning bolt to come down from the sky and say, “Here you go. This is the clarity and direction you’ve been waiting for.”
That doesn’t really happen though.
It can feel that clear and that sudden, but it shows up because of what you’ve done to get to that point.
Every crisis can be turned into transformation if you choose it to be.
Nothing happens without your active participation.
Once you decide that you want to move forward, and you do that consistently, your frequency begins to shift.
Emotionally, you start to feel just a little better.
That’s all that’s needed for the Universe, or God, or the energy field, to respond in kind.
That’s when surviving becomes thriving.
That is the turning point
It’s a quiet energetic shift.
You might not even be aware of the exact moment it happens.
Or, if you’ve become more attuned to your emotional set point, you might feel it.
You have a different thought.
Your emotional body responds.
It moves to your heart and your brain, and the next thing you know, everything about you is aligned to move up the emotional scale from surviving to anything you want it to be.
You’re moving up the emotional scale.
It’s not a lightning bolt.
It’s not complicated.
It’s simple.
And it’s quiet.
As your thoughts begin to feel better to you, your energy starts to rise.
And that energy builds on itself.
Think about something good for just 16 seconds and you’ve already shifted your energy in that moment.
It will stay elevated until you choose a thought that brings it back down.
String together a few better-feeling thoughts.
Notice something that brings you even a little bit of joy.
And before you know it, you feel different.
It’s subtle, but it’s real.
Big doors swing on little hinges.
Those small shifts are what create momentum.
And that momentum is what carries you across the threshold into something new.

Today’s Gentle Practice
Take a moment today and notice one small thought that feels just a little better.
It doesn’t have to be big.
Just slightly lighter.
Pause and stay with it for a few seconds.
Let yourself feel the shift, even if it’s subtle.
These small moments are what begin to move you forward.
If this resonated, I’d love to hear from you.
Just reply and tell me, what’s one small shift you noticed today?
With you,
Lynn
