Day 90: Something in You Has Shifted
Ninety days.
Just pause with that for a moment.
Not to measure.
Not to evaluate.
Just to feel into it.
Because something has shifted.
Even if you haven’t fully put words to it yet.
You’re not the same woman who started this.
Not in a dramatic, visible way.
In a quieter way.
A deeper way.
You see things differently now.
You feel things differently.
There are moments where you catch yourself…
and you didn’t used to.
Moments where you pause…
and you didn’t used to.
Moments where something doesn’t pull you in the way it once did.
That matters.
More than you might realize.
This kind of change doesn’t announce itself.
It doesn’t arrive with certainty or a clear before and after.
It settles in.
Gently.
Until one day, you notice…
“I don’t feel the same about that anymore.”
Or,
“I handled that differently.”
Or even,
“That didn’t affect me the way it used to.”
That’s the work.
That’s the shift.
Not becoming someone new.
But becoming more steady in who you already are.
More connected.
More aware.
More self-led.
And the most important part is this:
You didn’t force this.
You didn’t push your way here.
You stayed.
You kept showing up.
You kept being willing to look, to feel, to soften, to choose.
And that changes you.
Whether you track it or not.
So today isn’t about asking what’s next.
It’s about letting yourself see what’s already here.
Even if it feels small.
Because it isn’t.

Today’s Gentle Practice
Take a quiet moment today.
Think back to a situation that would have affected you more deeply in the past.
Notice how you might meet it now.
Even if the shift is subtle.
Place one hand on your heart.
Take a slow breath in, and a slow breath out.
And gently acknowledge:
“Something in me has changed.”
Let that be enough.
If this resonates, I’d love to hear what you’ve noticed shifting in yourself, even in the smallest way.
With you,
Lynn
